Pregnant or not anymore?

Hi everyone,
I'm now 13 days overdue and starting to wonder if I might be pregnant. I've been having sore and very sensitive breasts, fatigue, nausea, lower back pain, cramps, and I'm more emotional than usual. Because I had doubts, I took a test on Saturday. There was a faint line, so I wasn't sure if I was pregnant or not. Unfortunately, something happened on Sunday. Due to a mistake of mine, I fell down the stairs at home. My head went straight to my stomach. I took two more tests the following days, and they were negative... plus, I had a lot of yellow discharge.
What do you all think?

I wouldn't dare say it, but if the tests are negative, maybe you should discuss it with your GP?
