Pregnant or not anymore?

Hi everyone,
I'm now 13 days overdue and starting to wonder if I might be pregnant. I have sore and very sensitive breasts, fatigue, nausea, lower back pain, cramps, and I'm more emotional than usual. Because I had doubts, I took a test on Saturday. There was a faint line, so I wasn't sure if I was pregnant or not. Unfortunately, something small happened on Sunday. Due to a mistake of mine, I fell at home from the stairs. My head went straight to my belly. In the following days, I took two more tests, and they were negative... plus, I had a lot of yellow discharge.
What do you all think?

Hi!
As far as I know, this shouldn't harm your little one at all; it's extremely well protected and hidden.
I once had a faint positive test that turned out to be nothing in the end.
It could also be that there was a fertilized egg that stopped developing after a few days. Were you already on your period?
