Upper belly question

Hi, I'm on the wait-and-see bench again. My ovulation test showed a positive result on Aug 12. My period usually comes around the 27th/28th day.
My question: I've been having some symptoms. A lump in my throat, stabbing pains in my groin, but mostly a strange feeling in my upper abdomen? Like a muscle ache.
Is my body playing tricks on me again or not? I've never had this before. The location feels so weird. Surely nothing else is wrong, right?
What do you all think?
