Upper belly question

Hi, I'm on the wait again. With the ovulation test, the line popped out on Aug 12. I usually get my period around the 27th/28th day.
My question: I've been having some symptoms. A lump in my throat, stabbing pains in my groin, but mostly a weird feeling in my upper abdomen? Like a muscle ache.
Will my body play tricks on me again or not? I've never had this before. The location feels so weird. It can't be anything else wrong, right?

Your mind can play dirty tricks.
A person has all kinds of ailments throughout the day. Most of these ailments pass by unnoticed. You'll notice that this type of ailment catches your attention once you're actively focusing on it.
You pick and scratch yourself all day long, but the itch only becomes noticeable when you can't scratch anymore.
The same goes for being pregnant and becoming pregnant. You start convincing yourself of all sorts of things and become aware of every little tickle or ache.
