We already have twins Charlie and Jaimie (m-m) and are pregnant with twins again!
Do you have any suggestions?

    I’d personally go for something that doesn’t end in 'ie'. Otherwise, you end up with such a forced little rhyme.
    Say it out loud with the last name. It should kind of fit.
    What’s the gender of the twins?

    I would actually go for -ie!
    Charlie, Jaimie and:
    JJ: Bowie and Stevie
    JM: Bowie and Sylvie
    MM: Sylvie and Katie
    Other options:
    Angie, Billie, Bobbie, Elsie, Evie, Izzie, Laurie, Lexie, Lottie, Millie, Roxie, Teddie, Tibbie, Winnie
    Billie, Bobbie, Robbie, Ronnie,

    Jacey is a different spelling of my own name (Jaycie). And I like Noah, but it doesn't end in -ie.
