My husband is too impatient

I really don't know what to do anymore.

My husband and I decided to go for a 4th child. I'm naturally very happy about it since he brought it up. But now the problem is that he's way too impatient. It starts right from the moment my ovulation is. Then he asks: and no symptoms yet? Now I feel quite a bit every month. I tell him that too. Now I also have brown discharge 5-6 days before my period. Every time he thinks it's implantation bleeding and asks: and what do you think? A woman feels that anyway. When I say: I don't know. Then he gets angry and says: if it's not successful this time, no 4th child. And the bomb always goes off when I get my period. Then he's angry at me, it's my fault, he stops trying. So he sometimes walks around angry for 2 days and I do nothing right. Sometimes I think. Ok we're not going for a 4th, but then don't do it, because he really wants a 4th. When he's angry, I always have to back down and he doesn't. I'm actually a bit fed up with his behavior. But still, the desire is there. Do you have any advice?

Maybe you can tell him that the pressure he's putting on you is making it not work out? I have to laugh at your story that he's reacting like this haha, is this also his 4th? I think it's really nice that his desire for kids is so high! But because of the pressure on you, it might be a bit more difficult. And sometimes it's just done! My neighbor hasn't taken the pill for years and they've been together since then, it either happens or it doesn't. 3 times she got pregnant right away and now she can't get pregnant! You don't take kids, you get kids! Wishing you lots of success.

Might as well stop talking about ovulation altogether and just enjoy each other. Only you know that you're ovulating, so you don't tell your man... Might give a bit of peace. I'd get restless if my partner reacted like that, pff. Good luck with it...

Hmm, I think her husband is keeping an eye on her ovulation.
What you could say is that his behavior causes stress and isn't helpful "for getting pregnant."

I’d tell him that you’ve been to the fertility clinic and it’s not your fault. He probably has slow sperm. He’ll definitely sing a softer tune then! You can be mad at him! Such immature behavior!

That's indeed a really good one!

My husband is totally different from yours; I have to beg him for a first child

Do you have to beg him for sex too? I don't think begging for a baby is a good idea; you both need to want it!

that doesn't sound too great either... does he not want kids yet or something?

I don't know if that has anything to do with getting older. But it seems pretty annoying to me. If you tell him that it bothers you... Does he really stop pushing you then? Then it does become a bit childish, and I personally find it a bit disrespectful too... I wouldn't have accepted that from my husband.
