Positive test??

I've been waiting 2 days for my period and took this test this morning.
I think I see a faint positive, or am I imagining it?
And is that just an evaporation line?
Hopefully you can help me.

    Well, I do see a pretty faint positive too... I'd take another test just to be sure and see if it's progressing nicely. And congratulations in advance!

    Yes, can you see a plus sign?
    Do you know if these tests can give false positives?
    Or is it a faded line or something?

    If you were able to see him within the time frame, I don’t think it’s an evaporation line. Clearblue is also a really good brand that you can trust. After all, those tests need to find HCG in your urine to show a positive result. So you do have it in your urine, which means you’re basically very early pregnant I’d take more tests over the next few days to see if the test line gets darker. Or maybe get a blood test done. Congratulations once again!

    Okay, yeah, I don’t dare to cheer yet haha because it’s so incredibly faint.. I’ve already edited the photo to a different color to see if you can spot the plus sign better.
    The top test is from yesterday and the bottom one is from today

    I think I saw something today, but I'm not sure to be honest looking at these photos. On the first photo with normal light I do see him.. that's exciting

    Red_tears, then it probably went wrong early for you. That's also the downside of testing before the NOD: it can still go wrong and result in an early miscarriage, which you'd experience as your period. I hope you have a smooth journey trying to conceive and Red_tears, wishing you lots of luck and hopefully a positive test that keeps getting stronger!!

    I don't see any plus signs. But back then I used up so many tests and when I thought I saw a faint line, I went crazy from the uncertainty. So I bought a more expensive test that says "pregnant" or "not pregnant" and then it was clear right away. So my tip: buy one of those tests?

    To be completely honest, I don't see a positive... but I know the photo makes it a bit faint, so I hope there's a thick, bold plus sign later on! Or indeed, as Anouk says, the pregnant-not pregnant test...

    I also think it went wrong early for me. With that, I hope that for her it will turn out positive. I know how awful it is when it goes wrong after such a faint positive. This month also faint positive and all the symptoms, but then miscarried. Now in round 4. Only round 2 had no symptoms and a white test.

    @zwangerworden: do you already have symptoms? I'm rooting for you and for everyone.

    No, I don't have any symptoms, but I do feel like something's going on in my belly, like some cramps.
    I already have a daughter and I had that too during my previous pregnancy, and no other symptoms. But I'm not sure what to make of this test. I'm afraid it's false or there's a pen mark or something, you know

    Hey zwangerworden, I think I gave you false hope, but I really thought I saw a very faint positive. Now I’ve looked at the first photo up close (didn’t know I could zoom in) and then I clearly saw there was no positive.. I feel really bad, sorry sorry sorry .. I truly hope you still get a positive test..

    Don't worry, I already kind of assumed it was negative. I'm going to grab a test from Kruidvat today just to be sure, and then we'll see how it turns out.

    I can see something on the tests. The Kruidvat ones (2 for 5) were clearer than the early tests for me.
