Hi

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and get a headache every evening. Anyone familiar with this?
And if so, what can be done about it?

Ooh, super annoying indeed.. I'm in the December moms forum and around that time we all pretty much had it really rough, I think.. Unfortunately only paracetamol and just push through. It'll pass soon enough.

    Hi sugar heart,

I also had a lot of headaches early on in my pregnancy. Actually from 3 weeks on, before I even tested positive I already had headaches, and I recognized this from my previous pregnancy so I knew I was pregnant. This lasted for quite a while. It has indeed gotten less, but unfortunately it's back now and then at the end... I notice that fatigue also plays a role for me. Often when I went/went to bed a bit earlier, it was at least gone in the morning.

I mostly have it in the late afternoon/evening. It’s really weird, it always starts around 5 pm and then lasts for a couple of hours. Indeed very annoying, but I’ve read that it’s quite common around this time. So I just have to bite the bullet and sometimes lie down to rest.

I had that too, a persistent headache for a whole week. The gynecologist said it could be pregnancy migraine and there's nothing you can do about it, unfortunately...

    Hi hi

Yes, it clearly belongs to pregnancy because I rarely had headaches before. But the weird thing is that it starts every day around the same time and thankfully goes away after a few hours. But it's annoying because you end up lying on the couch in the evening again and again. While my energy is better now and I hoped to be more active, also for my boyfriend. But unfortunately, there's little you can do about it!

I had it a lot too, and sleeping more helped me, and sometimes paracetamol. I got it every day, it was driving me crazy.
