So unsure, pregnant with stomach reduction, any experience? Advice!

Hi,
I'm Miranda. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2014 and lost 40 kg with it. I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant with my first baby and have gained about 4 kg.
I'm feeling very insecure because it feels like the weight gain is happening too fast. I'm afraid of gaining too much weight and having it stick. Because of this, I'm feeling really sad right now and don't know what to do.
Hopefully, there are people here with experience, tips, and advice on how you deal with it.
