Would evening primrose oil really help with getting pregnant? Or is it just a myth?

    Hi poppie88,

    I started tracking about 1.5 months ago. I’m naturally very irregular, and today I was referred to the gynecologist. Last month I finally had a 28-day cycle instead of 36–47 days. This month I’m hoping for a shorter cycle again. It’s day 33 now.

    You mean it? That sounds really tough because then you don't know where you stand.

    How long have you been trying to get pregnant?

    We've been at it for 8 months now. But because I'm so irregular and I'm wondering if I've ovulated, I've already reached out to my GP.

    Yeah, I get it, nl93, we've been at it for 6 months now. It's quite a while when you want it so badly, right?

    I was 10 days late this month until yesterday...

    Okay marble, can you just get that at, say, the Kruidvat? Or is it only available by prescription?

    I mean, I'll try that too, I guess.
