Oh jeeeejjjj... I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was clearly positive.
Now it's still a bit nerve-wracking, because tomorrow is my NOD.
If everything goes well and the pregnancy continues...when should I inform my GP?

You don't need to inform your GP; you need to inform your midwife. Congratulations! -
