Hi everyone,
I'm 32 weeks pregnant with a boy, and my husband and I have decided to name our son Daniel. Recently, my step-cousin gave birth to a girl named Dani.
I hadn't really thought about how similar the names are, since it's a boy for me. What do you all think? Should we look for another name?

It's just about where you feel more comfortable, I guess.
You both think the name is nice, so I'd definitely stick with your choice! -

No, I wouldn't change it for that. A niece feels too far away, and it's not even the same name. Plus, it's a different gender.
Keep the name that makes you happy. -
