Help, my fiancé is pregnant!

Hello pregnant women and childbirth experts,

My fiancée Eva is now 12 weeks pregnant with our super-wanted first baby. For the past 4 or 5 weeks, she's been suffering terribly from nausea and a frightening lack of energy. She can't work or even make a little walk to the supermarket. When she walks from the couch to the kitchen, she often has to catch her breath and is then completely drained.

I admire how she's handling this, and I want to do more to support her. That's why I'm posting this.

Right now, she's really struggling mentally and feels like she's the only one going through this. I'd like to ask every woman here who has experience with this to give her some encouragement via a message. Would you like to help my lovely fiancée with your experiences or a kind message of strength??

Thanks in advance for all your help!

I’m really nauseous and have to vomit a lot; the lack of nutrients is starting to take its toll on my body. This is also my first pregnancy, and I’m noticing that the stress is really exhausting. I want to do everything right and hope with all my heart that we’ll get a healthy baby in January.
My hope is that the fatigue and nausea will pass soon, so I can function normally again. I think it’s important to hold onto that hope...
I don’t have any real tips for you, except that you just have to go through it and let it happen. Remember what you’re doing it for, and don’t push yourself too hard.
