How do you address certain people for the birth card?

Hi hi,
I’ve started writing out the birth announcement cards and envelopes, but now I have a few questions:
How do you best address a single mother with 3 kids?
How do you best address the grandparents?
And how do you best address a married couple with kids where each has their own last name? And a married couple whose kids are already out of the house or who have no kids?
I know, tough questions, but we’ve been pondering over this for ages, so I’m asking for others’ opinions

The single mom with kids: Fam .... (whether with or without a partner, it's still a family.
Grandpas and grandmas if still married: fam... if divorced/widow/widower, whatever you prefer, or first name last name, or grandma/grandpa last name.
Married with kids out of the house: just fam...
Married with my own last name, I would choose fam with the man's last name followed by the woman's last name (I'm old-fashioned).
