1 day of bleeding, still a chance of being pregnant?

Hi, I'm new here and not sure if I'm too early, but I had bleeding for 1 day. Now almost nothing. It was a 35-day cycle but it doesn't mean anything.
Now I already had nausea and cramps before the bleeding and still after it.
I tested twice before the bleeding but negative.
Should I test again tomorrow and call the doctor on Monday to see if I'm still pregnant? Anyone has experience.
