Question to the pregnant ladies

Hey girls!
First of all, congratulations if you're expecting.

I was wondering.. (And I'm sure I'm not the only one). Those of you who got pregnant without any help, so no Clomid, no IVF, none of that stuff, just through Mother Nature.

What tricks did you use? Were there any tricks at all?

How often a week did you "do it" with your husband?
1 or 2 times a week? Every other day? Every day? Morning or evening? And did you put a pillow under you?

Did you use ovulation tests or did you know yourself when your egg was coming?
Was the sex super passionate or was it actually not that much? Were you very focused on it in your head, or did you have a "let's see" attitude and suddenly you were pregnant a while later?
Sorry for my barrage of questions,.. But we "not-yet-pregnant" people like to hear about your experiences; what you did yourself (or didn't do at all) to get pregnant.
Thanks in advance!

Oh my, what a lot of questions! If you want to get pregnant, it just happens. There are no tricks for it, or they're just myths. Being pregnant is what they call having luck.

Of course, you can always count your ovulation days—I did that too, and we had more sex around those times. But even then, it's still about having luck.

When I got pregnant with my first child after 12 years on the pill, I always thought it wouldn't happen the first time. On average, it takes half a year to a year to get pregnant. But with my first child, I was pregnant from the very first try. Pure coincidence. We got married a month later, and I was so focused on getting pregnant that I didn't even think about the possibility of being pregnant. The day before the wedding, I found out I was pregnant.

Now I'm 30 weeks pregnant with our second child, and it took us 8 rounds. But you're busy—working, having a child already—and I had quite a bit of stress, which probably made it harder to get pregnant quickly. I also always tracked my ovulation, and we only had sex around that time. But every time, disappointment that I wasn't pregnant. In October, I went into a burnout and felt so bad that I told my husband that for now, I don't want another child and want to focus on myself first. That month, we had sex once, and yes, it was a hit.

I just want to say, without tricks, without aids, just letting go of the thoughts about getting pregnant, and then you have the most luck. The harder you try, the less luck you have. It's very hard to let go of the idea of getting pregnant.

    This is my experience!
    Good luck!!
