Temp after "miscarriage"?

Hi everyone,

A quick question.
I got a positive test 2 weeks ago.
So I was quite unsure, so I took another test, and another, and another hahahaha you know how it goes. Unfortunately, the tests didn't turn into those bright, clear positive lines.
This worried me a bit, and deep down I felt something was going wrong.
I saw a nice implantation dip a few days after ovulation, and then my temperature rose to 36.9 and 37.1... last Wednesday my temperature plummeted to 36.6, after which I lost some pink discharge 2 hours later, and in the afternoon I really lost blood and clots; I was really empty.
This lasted Wednesday and Thursday, and now I'm still losing a bit of red/pink mucus.
My temperature is all over the place and I'm not quite sure what to make of it.
My temperature on Tuesday was 36.9
Wednesday 36.6
Thursday 36.8
Friday 36.5
Saturday 36.8
And this morning it was 36.9 again....
Anyone have an idea?
