Can I be pregnant already in the first month after implantation?

Hi everyone,
I had my IUD removed in April during my period week. According to my normal cycle, since I got my period every month. Now I'm 1 week late.
Could I already be pregnant or does my body need to adjust again? Because according to my GP, I was fertile right away.
I'm wondering if I should test to avoid being disappointed. I do need to pee more but don't want to drive myself crazy either.

I have no idea? With the pill, you often have issues with missed pills? A test gives you immediate certainty

I couldn't put off waiting any longer and took a test yesterday and it's positive! ????
I still find it all so unreal and just can't believe it!
