Moving or not?

Well, my parents and grandparents know and are absolutely thrilled.
Even though I'm only 6 weeks pregnant, the family crib (our baby will be the 25th to sleep in it) has already been brought down from the attic

But now I'm facing a new dilemma again.
Move or not?

The plan was for me to move in with my boyfriend at my place.
I have a small apartment in the center of Hilversum, but that should be manageable, at least for the first year of the little one.
However, I'm wondering if it's really a good idea given health concerns, because no matter what I do, the house stays dusty and the neighbor's cigarette smoke seeps into the bedrooms.
(You can talk to the neighbor quite well, and he understands the situation perfectly, but I've probably asked him 60 times over the past few months to open a window when he smokes. He just forgets.)
Dilemmas upon dilemmas...

I've already made a list for myself of the pros and cons of moving.
Pros:
* It will be a fresh start for both of us
* Double income, so we can rent a bigger house with more bedrooms
* No more dealing with the neighbors' smoke (hopefully)
* A nice little garden where the baby can play (since that's what we'll be looking for, of course)
* Own parking spot, so no parking permit needed
* Same commute distance to my boyfriend's work
Cons
* If the relationship falls apart, I lose my nice apartment and he loses his too
* We don't know the neighbors
* Very far from my own workplace, so I'll need to find new work after my leave
(I don't think this will be a drama. I work as a freelance nanny)
* Even further away from our parents
* Moving costs money because rooms will probably need to be painted and floors laid.
I'm really hesitating on what to do.
We even asked our parents, and the mothers say move while the fathers say don't move.

I can't figure it out anymore.
Are there any people here with tips?
Or in a similar situation?
Greetings!

    Hi!

I also had a moving dilemma and we decided to go for it. We live in an anti-squatting situation, in a regular house, but it's not ideal with a kid. The house has some flaws, but otherwise it's fine.

Moving costs a lot of money and energy. Higher monthly expenses, a different environment, etc.
I asked myself then: Where and how do I want my child to grow up? What would be the best place for her?
I keep thinking, we'll manage somehow, whatever the change or hurdle may be. But a baby depends on the choices parents make. That tipped the scales for me and made me decide to move with my 6-month pregnant belly : )
I can't advise you or tell you what I think is the best choice. But I hope my thoughts might have helped you along the way a bit.
