Thank you so much for your kind messages.
I'm doing okay, considering the circumstances.
On Wednesday afternoon I was feeling a bit down and drained, and I actually passed out with blood and clots. Yesterday morning I also had cramps/menstrual cramps and blood and clots.. But by yesterday afternoon my agenda was clear of pain or almost no pain complaints, just an occasional sting now and then, but that's nothing to worry about.. Still losing some blood / pink when wiping and a bit of blood on the panty liner, but not like before where spurts would come out when standing up or lifting... (what a topic this is again :-))...
So, could this have been the loss? Or will there be more coming... #unsure
Strength, babe. With me, it looked like my period with 1 day of fairly heavy bleeding and also a clot, and then it became much less. So I hope for you that this was it.
Yeah, it’s indeed quieter on Wednesday afternoon. I didn’t have much time. Every time I stood up, a “wave” came out, and the cramps weren’t too bad on their own, but I think it felt worse mentally than it actually was... Maybe if I hadn’t done the tests, I would’ve thought, “Wow, pretty strong contractions this month.” Yesterday morning I also had quite a few cramps, eventually took a paracetamol, and everything settled down and didn’t come back. I feel some rumbling in my tummy, and I’m secretly hoping/thinking maybe I’m hearing things, but it’s still high and warm... But my temperature this morning was 36.5°C, which is always before my ovulation... I hope this is it and we can move forward. I haven’t had a doctor or midwife here, I don’t think that’s necessary anyway, right? There’s so much stuff online :- $....
I took a pregnancy test the day after the bleeding had completely stopped, and it was negative! So that's good news.
Today I took another ovulation test, and it's positive, so luckily a new ovulation is coming up. I'm on day 18 today.
Good luck, and feel free to ask questions here anytime!
it's going okay. I hardly have any cramps anymore and the bleeding is also a lot less, which is a relief...
Hope I get a normal cycle soon. I've had PCOS for years or still have it... But I've lost a lot of weight and after stopping the pill I had a really nice cycle which I was so happy with after all those years... Hope this doesn't get messed up because of it.
We'll see. It's sweet of you to ask.
hi ladies,
is anyone familiar with temperatures?
My temp is completely off the charts.
I saw a nice implantation dip a few days before my first "positive" test, and then my temperature rose to around 39.9 to 37.1. On Wednesday morning before the bleeding started, my temperature dropped to 36.6, the next day 36.8,
36.5
36.8
and this morning it was 36.9 again...
My breasts aren't decreasing in volume, but I have no pregnancy symptoms at all...
Another little spark of hope on Sunday morning.
I don't have any tests left and I'm actually afraid to test. I've been bleeding a lot, and I'm still losing mucus (sorry for the breakfast crowd here heheh) bloody mucus....
Sorry, I have no idea about temperatures haha. But I think you should do another pregnancy test tomorrow.
Mine was negative already 2 weeks after the positive test, when I was only 2-3 weeks pregnant. (It was 1 day after the bleeding started)
Strength!
I'll wait a bit longer, I think. Pfff, I've given myself a bit of hope again :-(...
I'll try to wait until after Wednesday, then it'll have been a week since I started leaking...
Thanks for your quick reply.
How are you doing?
Yeah, it's tricky, right? I tried to find the positive in everything too. Who knows, maybe it's really positive for you. But yeah, with testing you know right away, and if you weren't pregnant for very long, hCG leaves your body pretty quickly.
Things are going well for me, today is day 20 after my D&C and yesterday I got a strong positive ovulation test, so my body seems to be picking it up again. Now it's two weeks of waiting again..
super that your body is picking up the pace again.
Phew, those 2 weeks of waiting always feel like such a drag hihi
Crossing fingers for you, girl, hope it's over soon...
Yeah, these 2 weeks are the longest, luckily 2 busy weeks ahead haha. I'm also keeping my fingers crossed for you that you're still pregnant and otherwise that your body recovers quickly!
