Aspergers eating in flood on ovulation test?

Hi ladies,

I'm wondering if eating asparagus affects ovulation tests. After eating asparagus, my urine smells different, and since I'm about to get those positive ovulation test results, I was curious. Other months I didn't find my peak, so I haven't had a positive test yet. Does anyone know more about this?

    Hi, I’d say it’s more likely that your urine smells like that because you’re around ovulation???? Otherwise, no idea. If that’s the case, it would be super great. Good luck with the chores!

    I have exactly the same question and Google isn't helping at all. If this is true, you'd think someone would already know...
    I also ate asparagus yesterday and this morning my Sensitest ovulation test was positive! I find Clearblue too expensive, so I only use it to confirm the Sensitest result, but it was negative?!?!
    No idea if the Sensitest is more sensitive than the Clearblue and if they'll both be positive later today or if it was a false positive (maybe because of the asparagus)...
    I don't understand anything right now.
