Pregnant and a student

Hi everyone,
I'd like to share my story with you. I'm 17 years old and just started my studies in Utrecht. I live on my own and I've been single for about 2 months now. About a month ago, I started feeling not so well. I thought it was just a stomach flu. But it kept going on. I had to throw up, had stomach pain, headaches, etc. So I decided to go see the doctor. He said it wasn't a stomach flu and told me to come back later for an ultrasound. I had no idea what was going on. When I got the ultrasound, the doctor said I was pregnant with triplets. I was completely in shock. I didn't know what to do. Once home, I called my parents and they were also very shocked. They advised me to have an abortion. I just couldn't bring myself to do it, so I decided to keep the babies.
Now I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I live on my own and just started my studies. I don't see how I can handle all this anymore. I'm thinking about stopping my studies and working until the babies are born. My parents support me and I'm incredibly grateful for that.
Thank you all for reading my story.
