Hi everyone!
I'm new here because...
I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was positive!
This wasn't planned, especially since I've only been physically with my boyfriend for 2 months (we met online dating, it's been half a year since we started talking, and we really see a future together), but the baby is very welcome.
Now I'm just looking for a way to tell my parents (I'm 28 by the way).
I'm lucky to have a good relationship with them, but I'm really scared of disappointing them because I got pregnant so soon after being with my boyfriend. Once they realize they're going to be grandparents, they'll surely come around, but I want to break the news tactfully.
I was thinking of telling a little story that slowly leads up to the fact that they're going to be grandparents, but I'm not very creative haha.
Any ideas?
