If we have a girl, we’re probably going to name her Vieve Louise Aurore or Aurelie.
I was thinking of using Vieve Lóa as a nickname.
Other ideas are: Vieve Lou, Vie-Lou, Vie Lou, Vie-Lóa, Vie Lóa, Vilou, Vielou, Vielóa, Vilóa, Vi-Lou, Vi-Lóa.
Or is it just not a nice name at all? We do like something a bit different.

I like Vieve Loa! But I don't think the hyphen in Loa adds anything, since you already pronounce it that way anyway—I'd leave it out myself. -

I'd go with Vilou.
