    I didn't really feel anything until week 5, specifically from the moment I tested positive.
    I wasn't really thinking about pregnancy at all, so I guess that's why I didn't feel anything.

    Mainly very tender breasts and quite tired.

    Me too, sore breasts and really tired. Smos was already asleep before 9 o'clock.
    But there are also more possible pregnancy symptoms you might have.
    Do you need to go to the toilet more often?

    Hi Lola 86, I hope it hits the mark for you guys.

    After I stopped the pill, I also had some pregnancy symptoms (breasts, etc.).
    That made me think I was pregnant right away. The disappointment was big then.
    It took 8.5 months for us before I got pregnant.

    When I think back to the period when conception happened, I had discomfort in the area of my lower back and felt a bit more moody than usual.

    Congratulations! According to the calculation, you count from the first day of your last period, even though actual conception happens two weeks later. So I think you're four weeks along now!

    I also had a few ailments, especially in the first few weeks. Then at 5+6 weeks everything was fine, but at week 7 the nausea started... During the first ultrasound they check if the embryo is positioned correctly and if the little heart is beating. Also, I think they can feel how high your uterus is.
    I thought the first ultrasound was amazing, you see such a tiny little body sitting there with a beating heart! Especially cool when you have another scan a few weeks later, you see a big difference, it grows so fast :-)
