(A)lexa or Lexi

It was almost certain that it would be Alexa, and Lexa as a nickname, but then I suddenly thought of Lexi and started to strongly doubt.
What do you think sounds better: (A)lexa or Lexi?

    I personally really like Alexa (it's on my list too). Lexa is also nice, but it does remind me a bit of the dating site. I think Lexa sounds a bit nicer than Lexi, though. Both are strong names

    Alexa is a beautiful, elegant name.
    Lexa and Lexi are short and cool.
