I'm curious which combination you think looks nicer?

The middle name is named after my grandma. We often shorten Adriana to Jana/Jane. That's why Jane with an English pronunciation seems okay to us too. The other way around, we don't find the combinations as nice.

I think Lizzy Adriana is prettier; Sarah Jane sounds a bit too country. But it does sound nice
