Looking for a nice boy's name

Hi everyone!
I'm due in about 20 weeks and expecting a boy.
Now I'm looking for a nice boy's name. My husband and I just can't decide!
These are the requirements:
* not too popular (preferably outside the top 100)
* 1 or 2 syllables
* hip/modern, so e.g. no 90s name
* not ordinary, preferably even a bit chic
Let's say, a name for a boy who lives in a good neighborhood in the big city .

I especially like French, Frisian and Scandinavian names.

Names I like, but for some reason have to rule out (someone famous already has that name / doesn't fit with the surname etc.), are:

    We still don't know if we're having a boy or a girl, but we're already happily looking into names.
    Maybe these are some names you might like?
    Maas/Maes
    Fije/Feije
    Lasse
    Boele
    Seppe
    Taeke
    Zeger
    Roemer
    Roef
    Abe
    James (a bit more English compared to the rest, but definitely not an ordinary name)

    And by the way: Olle instead of Ole and Viggo instead of Vigo?

    Ooh, there are some nice names among them!
    I really like Sverre, Seppe, Fije, and Thor! I also find Tibbe quite funny.
    Taeke was also on my mind, but I couldn’t convince my husband .
    What do you all think of Taeke, actually?

    I really like Taeke! I work at a daycare center in Utrecht (in a somewhat more expensive neighborhood, you know) and there are also two boys there named Taeke. I'd never heard of it before.
    I also like Sverre and Seppe. Otherwise, I was thinking of Espen, Kalle, Malte, and Wisse.

    Sverre is really super nice! More appealing than Seppe. Taeke is also beautiful!
