Pregnancy tests, ovulation and ovulation tests

Hi everyone,
I got my period on Sunday, April 16th, until Wednesday morning. However, I was 4 days late, which is unusual for me as I’m never this late normally. This time, the flow wasn’t very heavy like usual. Normally, I feel the blood just flowing out (sorry for the details). But this time, it only came out when I was on the toilet, and there was occasionally a little bit on my pad.
So I thought, later in the afternoon, I’ll test again...
Now I see a very faint line, just like before my period...
I don’t know what to make of it. I always think it’s a pre-printed line or an evaporation line.
But the line does appear within 2 to 5 minutes on the test.
Can you guys see anything, or am I going crazy???
By the way, I’ve made an appointment with the doctor for tomorrow to do a blood test.
I hope someone can help me.

I opened the test after 10 minutes because I wanted to see it a bit better.
Yeah, I know you're not supposed to open it, but I wanted to be sure I saw something on the test.
Evaporation line, pre-printed line, or just positive????? -

You could test again after a few days. The line is supposed to get darker each time. In the first photo, there seems to be a very faint line, but in the second photo, I can't see anything... -

On the second photo, I actually see a clearer line than on the first. But when you look at the test with your own eyes, it's really much clearer than in these photos. I'm really afraid I'm driving myself crazy...
