Ovulation and pink mucus

Dear ladies,
Last month I had a miscarriage. Probably only a week ago I really lost the embryo. Thursday morning barely a line on the test. And ovulation tests already negative... Sunday positive ovulation test. Now yesterday and today some pink discharge. This morning negative ovulation test... Have you experienced this? I also have no idea when I can test later...
Besides that, yesterday I spent 3 hours at the oral surgeon. And got ibupro prescribed... 600 mg ibu now taken three times. But turns out it's not allowed so looking into whether it can be paracetamol... I have an extremely swollen face... strange that they prescribed it...
