Bleeding after a miscarriage

Hi ladies

I had a miscarriage on March 30th induced by pills after 10 weeks :-( I can honestly say this was the worst day of my life. You finally get pregnant and then the ground falls out from under your feet..
But anyway, the question...
I'm still bleeding now, or rather, I've started bleeding again. On Thursday I went to the hospital to see if I was clean; there was still something in there but it was mucus and since I'm still bleeding, that should come out... Otherwise, everything looked fine, which was nice to hear. The bleeding had stopped on Thursday evening, but this morning it started again with clots etc. and a bit of cramping. Could this be the remaining tissue? And are there people who have experienced this too, where you start bleeding spontaneously again? According to the gynecologist, this shouldn't be harmful and happens quite often, but I really feel unsure about it.. Anyone??
