Pregnant or off the pill? I don't get it anymore.

Hi everyone.. Sorry for reading so much
Let me introduce myself. My name is Bella and I'm 23 years old.
I know this topic comes up often, but I'm currently in a situation where I don't understand my body anymore.
Here's the deal:
I used the pill for about 2 years (deso20 - a very light pill). And since early February (4th) this year, I've stopped taking it. Since then, I've had a regular cycle of 28 days (including this month)
I have had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, but we use withdrawal. Yes, I know it's not a guarantee...
Meanwhile, it's been about 3 weeks that I've been feeling really weird. What I mean: nauseous, itchy nipples, lower back pain, stomach cramps, gurgling intestines, gassy (even right after going to the toilet I eat something and immediately get bloated again), sometimes disgusted by certain foods, but also regularly hungry, tired but sleeping enough (8-9 hours/day).
I've done 2 pregnancy tests and they are negative. Didn't really expect anything else since I've had my period..
But I read once that (my doctor told me too) you SOMETIMES (!!) can have your period and still be pregnant.
Now what do you think.. Am I just experiencing post-pill adjustment (which I find weird because I've had a regular 28-day cycle for 2 months) or could it be something else?
NB: we're not trying to get pregnant, but it would be a 'pleasant' surprise, I think...
Thanks in advance for the help
Lots of kisses

    Hi there,
Your story sounds so familiar—I had exactly the same thing this month. I stopped the pill in January and got my period almost immediately again, pretty much on time, around every 29 days. This month it took longer, and I had so many symptoms that made me think maybe I was pregnant... so I took two tests, but they stayed negative. Finally, 4 days late, I got my period anyway, so your body can really play tricks on you!!
    Greetings, Ell ????
