Pregnant or coming off the pill

Hi everyone.. Sorry for reading so much
Just to introduce myself. My name is Bella and I'm 23 years old.
I know this topic comes up often, but I'm currently in a situation where I don't understand my body anymore.
Here's the deal:
I used the pill for about 2 years (deso20 - it's a very light pill). And since early February (4th) this year, I've stopped taking it. Since then, I've had a regular cycle of 28 days (including this month)
I did have unprotected sex with my boyfriend, but we used withdrawal. Yeah, I know it's not a guarantee...
Meanwhile, it's been about 3 weeks that I've been feeling really weird. What I mean: nauseous, itchy nipples, lower back pain, stomach cramps, gurgling intestines, gassy (even right after going to the toilet I eat something and get bloated almost immediately), sometimes disgusted by certain foods, but also regularly hungry, tired but sleeping enough (8-9 hours/day).
I took 2 pregnancy tests and they were negative. Didn't really expect anything different since I got my period..
But I read that (my doctor told me too) you SOMETIMES (!!) can still have your period and be pregnant.
So what do you think.. Am I just experiencing withdrawal from the pill (which I find weird because I've had a regular 28-day cycle for 2 months) or could it be something else?
NB: we're not trying to get pregnant, but it would be a ''pleasant'' surprise, I think...
Thanks in advance for the help
Xoxo

Decompression does weird things to your body that make you think you're pregnant. If the tests are negative, you shouldn't be pregnant, but if you're still unsure, you could go to your GP for a blood test to get 100% certainty, although the chance is super small!
And if you don't want to get pregnant, I'd still go for a different contraceptive method that offers more security!

I went to the doctor, but they think it's quite strange too. Because I also read that you're "spotting" as soon as you regularly menstruate... So maybe I misunderstood it.
We're not trying to have kids, but they're welcome if they come.

We're not actively trying to have kids, but they're welcome..
