implantation bleeding or not?

Hi everyone,
I stopped taking the pill since Christmas. I have a stable 28-day cycle, I can set my clock by it. Last week was our 'ovulation week' and we had sex on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Since Sunday, I've had small amounts of bleeding when wiping. Especially on Sunday and yesterday, I also had mild menstrual-like cramps. My due date isn't until April 13th, so I'm not sure what to make of this.
Does anyone relate to my story?
Like many trying to get pregnant, I've probably gone through all the possible websites. The descriptions of implantation bleeding sometimes match what I feel, and sometimes they don't. Could it even be that soon?

Honestly, I think it's too early for an implantation bleed. I'd just keep relaxing and keep going. You never know..
It's terrible, isn't it, waiting when you want to get pregnant so badly.. -

It did seem early to me too, and the conflicting messages don’t help. And yeah, I find waiting the absolute worst. I just don’t have angelic patience
