Pregnant after an early miscarriage

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to get pregnant (TGW) and I should be 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant, but yesterday and today I've been having this dull ache in my belly.
I'm actually a bit scared.
My breasts do hurt, but I'm not nauseous at all. I just have a lot of cravings for all sorts of foods. My miscarriage was 2 months ago, and I was supposed to see the gynecologist at 6 weeks. Is this too early?
