What kind of behavior is she showing that makes you worried?

She washes her hands a lot with very hot water... she cleans her room every other day... changes her bed sheets every 3-4 days... but one day she wears the clothes and then they go in the wash. Sometimes I put them back but she knows how the washing machine works and then she just does it herself... all that kind of thing.
