    I think Sofie is a really beautiful name, but nowadays I hear it so often that it feels quite common to me. I like both Famke and Mara. Other options are Bente, Elin, Fiene, Ise, Janne, Lise, Mette, Nine, Nora, Rosa, Suze, and Yara.

    I have a daughter named Famke myself. We get nothing but positive reactions, and I’d still choose the same name; it’s both tough and sweet, and it’s not very common.
