You're Flemish, I guess? I don't know how Oona is pronounced (oo-naa or oe-naa?), but oo-naa sounds like grandma and oe-naa might be bullying-sensitive (oen).
I think Mila is the prettiest name. I don't know Tille and I just think Mila is cooler, more cheerful, more feminine. -

I really like Tille, I didn't know that one. Although it does sound a lot like "tillen" (to lift). Tinka is also an option. I also like Mila, and Oona is indeed quite sensitive, -

Oona and Mila! Never heard of Tille before. Oona can also be spelled as Onah, just a slightly different look but the pronunciation stays the same

Tille, I don't find that so pretty myself. It does remind you of a pigeon coop or the verb 'to till', indeed.
Mila is nothing wrong with it, only there are already so many Milas.
That's why I'd choose Oona. Pronunciation is Oo-na. By the way, I find the variant Onah, which was just suggested, even prettier.
