Pregnant?

Good afternoon,
just a short intro about me:
20 years old
should have gotten my period between 02-03-17 and 04-03-17
negative tests on day 3, 2 days late, day 4 late and 10 days late.
symptoms: stomach ache, hard belly, sensitive nipples, white/clear discharge, headache, nausea, warm feeling (slightly feverish) but always have an appetite.
Help, what should I do? We have been trying to get pregnant but weren't really focusing on it (back then) because I have to have surgery at the end of the month. Now that my period is missing, we've been thinking about it a lot.. Could I be pregnant? Or is it because I'm thinking about it so much that I'm delaying my period? I already went to my GP because I had stomach cramps and that night they were very severe (almost couldn't sleep), and she said I had a stomach virus. Does that have nothing to do with your period?

Sometimes you can be late because you've been sick, ask for a blood test otherwise

I don't think you're pregnant. The tests are negative. Try that digital Clearblue test; in my opinion, it's the most reliable. Stomach flu is really going around.
