Pregnant abroad

Hi everyone. I'm new to the site. I'm 36 and 18 weeks pregnant. I live in Spain. Even though I'm really happy, I also have a lot of frustrations. Sometimes it feels like I'm being pushed around. I speak the language very well, but I don't understand medical terms related to pregnancy that well yet. Luckily, my boyfriend (he's Spanish) is very relaxed. We always ask if there's someone who speaks English, which makes it easier for me. But unfortunately, I just have to accept it and be patient. We moved to a different city 5 weeks ago because of my boyfriend's job, and now I have to start all over again. I won't get my first ultrasound until next week, which frustrates me a lot. But oh well, that's Spain, I guess. Sorry for my frustration. I hope I can learn a lot through this site....
