Bump on belly for NOD

Hi,
I noticed a small lump at the bottom of my belly today, just above my pubic bone, slightly to the right. That's also where I keep feeling little twinges and where it feels like a lot is going on.
I think it's a lump about 4 cm in diameter, roughly half to 1 cm thicker than the rest of my belly.
Has anyone else experienced this (for the NOD)?

The weird thing is that it's gone in the morning and swells up a bit during the day. -

GP! It's probably a type of hernia. Go to your GP for a diagnosis and possible treatment.
