Chance of being pregnant?

Hi everyone!
I have some doubts about the following. My partner and I have been trying to conceive for a while now. We had intercourse around the time of my last ovulation. Starting today, I've been feeling a (quite intense) cramp that keeps going. I've had some bleeding since this morning, but I have a regular cycle and normally wouldn't get my period for another 5 days. Could this be a sign of implantation bleeding? It feels like period cramps, but it's more continuous.
Has anyone experienced this?
I'd love to hear your thoughts and tips!

It could indeed be implantation
but it could also just be a burst blood vessel or that your period is a bit off this time. There's so little to say about it. You'd basically need a little peek-hole in your belly so you could occasionally check what's going on inside lol Seems incredibly handy but unfortunately you'll have to wait a bit longer for your period. Hopefully 2 thick lines Have you been trying for a long time? -

We've been trying since October last year. If it works out now, that would be amazing, but for now, we're just waiting and seeing.
And a little peek would indeed be very handy, haha!
