What do you think of Thibault?

Hi everyone!
We're really curious what you think of the name Thibault? It's common in Belgium but not so much in the Netherlands. What's your first reaction?
You'd pronounce it as Thibo, is that clear enough or would you pronounce it exactly as it's spelled? :s Is it tough or rather old-fashioned because of the spelling?
Other options are Thibaut (quite common) or Thibeau (we're wondering if that's really French..)
Looking forward to your replies!! Due to give birth soon

Greetings,
Léonie

I think it's beautiful. Pronunciation: Tibo.

And the spelling: not really edgy, definitely not old-fashioned (I'm Dutch). Just beautiful. Original, solid, a touch of classic without being stiff.

I would write it as Thibo! I think it sounds hip!

Just a quick response (I’m the earlier Anoniem): I agree with Anne. Thibo is of this time but still original. Fun, cheerful, tough, solid.

I'd also go with Thibo, I personally don't think Thibault is beautiful! But everyone's got their own preferences, of course!

    I'd go with Thibo too!
