Second pregnancy after eclampsia

Hi, I'm Tanja, 35, and mom to Lyssa who just turned 5.
Since Friday, I've known via a test from Action that I'm pregnant again. I'm a bit scared though, because during my first pregnancy I had pre-eclampsia and spent 6 days in the ICU. Are there any moms who had this during their first pregnancy and how did it go with the second?
