Short period or implantation

Hi everyone,
I'm 6 days past my period (Feb 20th). I had pink discharge, then 2 days of light bleeding with some clots (sorry for the details). It felt much lighter than a normal period, and I don't feel like I'm on my period. I feel pregnant because I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms.
Could this have been implantation bleeding or just a very light period?
