Pregnancy test

Good morning,
Since I've been walking around with severe back pain for over a week now, period cramps (I'm already 10 days late), occasional nausea, and even breakouts (which I never usually get)... I took a test this morning (so tense!!!). It was a Kruidvat test. The result showed a - (meaning not pregnant), but in the control window, I didn't get any line at all. Normally, there should be a line there...
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there still a chance I could be pregnant? I'm a bit scared to take another test right now.
Everything is so exciting, so I'll just wait and see.

If you read the leaflet, you'll see that if there's no control line, the test isn't valid.
