Is it positive??

I had the Mirena IUD removed on January 25th. On January 27th, I got my period right away, which lasted for 5 days. Today I don't feel so well and took a test. But it's obviously too early for a test! What do you think? Positive or negative...

    you could call the doctor tomorrow, they can check that through a blood test

    I quickly got in touch with my GP, and she said it could also be an early miscarriage. She suggested waiting another week, and if I still haven't had my period by then, to take the next steps. But that's a whole week of uncertainty for me!

    Oops, saw a dark brown mucus plug today after using the toilet. What does that mean? And I have a lot of lower back pain and sensitive breasts

    What I read on Google is that old blood is fine as long as it doesn't turn red.

    I'm still not having my period, so I'm already 6 days late. I'm trying to hold off and wait until Sunday to test. If it's still negative, something's not right :-(

    I'll root for you! I already had a very faint line 4 days before my period, and on Tuesday when my period was due, I took another test and it was clearer. It could be that you implanted late and tested too early.

    It's really quite strange
    Had the IUD removed on January 25th
    Got my period on January 27th for 4 to 5 days
    Positive test on February 16th
    After that only negative tests, so I assumed a miscarriage
    Lost a brown mucus plug on February 28th
    And today I really couldn't wait until Saturday and tested twice because I couldn't believe my eyes :-)

    Congratulations! Brown blood can be from implantation or your previous period. I can only see the midwife on March 22nd, so I'll register today. xD

    Ah, super! Congratulations on your pregnancy... who should I call tomorrow for an ultrasound? For me, it's been 6 years ago, so I don't remember the route anymore...
