Who can help me?

I hope you can help me out. My partner and I have been trying for our first baby for over half a year now. Here's the thing.. I have an extremely short cycle, always just under 20 days. I read that a cycle shorter than 21 days doesn't result in ovulation. After doing some research, I found out that this might be due to my medication. I plan to make an appointment with my GP next week to possibly taper off the meds.

So, over the past half year, I've obviously been tracking my cycle very closely, usually it fluctuates between 17 and 18 days (very short). I'm now 3 days late compared to my longest cycle so far. Normally, when my period starts, I usually have some pink discharge and more secretion for the first two days, but this time there's nothing to be seen. It's clear/white now.

I've of course tested every morning, but unfortunately, it's been negative. Another thing, I've had extremely sensitive breasts this past week, something I've really never experienced before. This could also be related to a new cycle, but do you think this might still indicate pregnancy? Could it be that I'm not producing enough hCG hormone yet?
