Hi everyone,
My partner and I have been together since January last year. In April, we already moved in together. Last week, we found out that I’m pregnant. It’s really nice, of course, but we’ve only been together for such a short time. It feels amazing, but what I’m most dreading is telling our parents. I tend to worry too much about their opinions.
Are there other women who got pregnant quickly in a relationship? And did you face a lot of judgment?
My parents were quite skeptical about my new partner and already had many prejudices, which makes it so hard for me to tell them...
I should be really happy, but it’s been on my mind so much.

You said it yourself, it feels good. So no worries!! It's your life!
And yes, we were also quick. Friend 10 years older (I was 19, he was 29) after 3 months of living together, after 8 months of relationship stopped my HBO studies to get pregnant hihihi. That took another 1.5 years before it happened (needed help from zhuis) and now 5 years later, with a permanent job, 2 kids and 2 houses further, we are still very happy.
We didn't really get much judgment, maybe also because it was quickly clear and known that I couldn't get pregnant naturally.
Enjoy this pregnancy and especially enjoy each other!
