Hi everyone.
I hope you can help me.
On Sunday morning, after peeing, I had strong cramps that came in waves a few times, and later they were much less severe. Before that, my urine was normal with two small clots in it. After that afternoon, I was tired and slept. My urine was normal again with very minimal clots. I slept in the afternoon and felt tired after that, so I just lay on the couch. In the evening, after bed, I had a dark red clot. Again, minimal.
Monday morning, got up normally and my urine was slightly red because there was a bit of blood in it with a minimal clot. In the morning, I just ate and did normal household chores. And at 12 o'clock I ate and then I had to lie on the couch because I was tired. So I lay flat. And then I had an urgent feeling to go to the toilet and I peed in a liter can because of mothers-for-mothers. And from that urine came a very thick black dark red clot. I called and visited the midwife in the afternoon. She couldn't find a fetus and I also checked all the urine afterwards for clots and I couldn't find anything either. The midwife said I should consider the possibility that it could be a miscarriage, but she said I have to come back on Wednesday for an ultrasound. We both couldn't find anything. After that, when I went back to the midwife, I felt terrible. I peed twice more that day and my urine was normal with a small clot and I'm not menstruating at all and no excessive bleeding. This morning I got up and had normal urine with a light pink wipe on my toilet paper. I am 6 weeks and 1 day. I have to wait until Wednesday..
Can you give me an answer or something to make me feel less uncertain. I feel so terrible
Love, anonymous

I'd love to say there's nothing wrong, but that would be dishonest. Some women do experience bleeding during pregnancy without any serious issues, but more often it means a miscarriage. Another possibility, though I don't know if this applies to your case, is that in a twin pregnancy one fetus may pass away and bleed out while the other is fine and continues to grow. I wish you all the strength, but you'll really have to wait until Wednesday to get certainty.
